All prices are per person and served buffet-style.  Elegant disposable tableware, cups and paper napkins included at no additional charge.

Plated meals are available for $2.00 additional per person.

All meals are served with Salad and Rolls.

All Lunches include Beverages and Desserts at no additional charge.

Many items listed can be presented with a Carving Station for $75.

Seafood is flown in fresh 3 times a week.  Only Certified Angus Beef is used.  Tastings are available by appointment.

Vegetarian substitutions available.

China, linen napkins, linen tablecloths or stainless silverware may be requested for an additional charge. 

All orders carry a 20 person minimum and delivery fee is $35 or 10% - which ever cost is greater - in the Wichita area only.

Your Bid will include All Charges except: State Sales Tax and Gratuity.  Gratuity is applied to all items.  Catering Staff will be there from beginning to end to service you and your guests to make any event special.  All wages paid to the staff are included under this section with the exception of aby Bartender Wages.

In the event additional wages are needed to cover staff costs, due to special requests, outside of Wichita events or small functions, you will be notified during the proposal stage.
